Next Cohort: Mar 7, 2026 · 5:30-8:30pm · Wayne, NJ · 12 Athletes Max
The VB Champs Precision Serving Clinic is a focused, small-group training environment for serious girl’s volleyball athletes currently in grades 8–11. Admission is application-based and requires review for eligibility before you are accepted into a cohort.
Each clinic is part of a 30 day program that consists of three phases; Precision Serving Clinic, Implementation Phase, & Testing Day.
The first phase is a one day, 3-hour intensive training session with a maximum of 12 high performance athletes. We cover mindset, strategies, and best practices as we help develop a personalized game plan for practical implementation. Athletes leave our clinic with clear, actionable guidance on how to train going forward.
The second phase is Implementation. Athletes take everything they learned and train hard on their own time, for the next 30 days. On week 1, 2, 3, and 4, one of our coaches will reach out via video chat to go over video footage (if any was submitted), and to help guide training and preparation for Testing Day.
The third and final phase is Testing Day. On day 30, athletes come in to a designated facility and take a rigorous 30 minute test. A passing score will earn a program completion, and place them in the company of the Tri-State's top elite servers.

Players who already serve overhand with consistency and want to increase accuracy, ball control, and power.
High-Performance Mindset

What You’ll Learn
The Precision Serving Clinic is built to give you clear, repeatable mechanics and an objective standard for what separates “good” serving from "great". The focus is on technical clarity, and mental toughness.
Mechanics & Footwork
Refined toss, contact point, posture, and footwork patterns that allow you to repeat the same serve under pressure.
Consistency & Accuracy
How to control depth, seams, and zones so you can hit specific locations on purpose, and on repeat.
Power & Ball Flight
How to generate efficient power while keeping a clean float, flat trajectory, and difficult-to-pass ball flight.
Pre-Serve Routine
Developing a consistent mental and physical routine so your serve holds up in high-leverage moments.
Video-Based Feedback
Using video to identify specific technical issues and track whether the changes you make actually hold over time.
Objective Standards
Clear expectations for accuracy, error rate, and serve quality so athletes know what they're working toward.
