VB Champs (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides volleyball training programs, clinics, and related services.
By accessing our website or participating in any VB Champs clinic, you agree to the following terms.

1. Program Participation

  1. Participation in any VB Champs clinic requires an application and manual review.

  2. Acceptance into a clinic is not guaranteed and is based on eligibility criteria, video review, and capacity limits.

  3. Athletes must follow all instructions from staff and uphold a respectful training environment.

We reserve the right to remove any participant from a program if it is determined to be in the best interest of the group or VB Champs.
Partial refunds may be considered at our discretion, based on the amount of the clinic completed.

2. Payments & Refunds

  1. All program fees must be paid in full to secure a spot in a clinic.

  2. Program fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

  3. If an athlete qualifies but a cohort is full, a reservation fee may be offered for a future clinic.

  4. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
    We do not guarantee refunds under any circumstances.

3. Athlete Responsibilities

By participating in a VB Champs program, the athlete (and parent/guardian if under 18):

  • Acknowledges the physical demands of volleyball training.

  • Confirms they are physically able to participate.

  • Agrees to follow all safety guidance from staff.

  • Understands that failure to follow instructions may result in removal from the program without refund.

4. Assumption of Risk

Volleyball and physical training activities carry inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Strains

  • Sprains

  • Impact injuries

  • Loss of balance

  • Physical fatigue

By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with training.
VB Champs is not responsible for injuries arising from participation except where prohibited by law.

This program does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and should not be used as a substitute for medical consultation.

5. Media Release

By participating in a VB Champs program, you grant VB Champs permission to:

  • Photograph or record clinic activities

  • Use such media for internal training, program evaluation, and promotional materials

If you do not want an athlete included in photos or videos, you must notify VB Champs in writing before the clinic begins.

6. No Guarantees of Results

We do not guarantee:

  • Team placement

  • Playing time

  • Skill outcomes

  • Any specific level of athletic improvement

Training effectiveness varies based on effort, consistency, and athlete readiness.

7. Website Use & Content

All website content is owned by VB Champs and may not be copied, republished, or distributed without permission.

We may modify website content, clinic details, pricing, or policies at any time.

Privacy Policy
