Program is designed for parents of 7th–11th grade girls playing intermediate-advanced school or club volleyball near Wayne, NJ. May cohort limited to 12 athletes. Full 30‑day program is around $1000 if she’s accepted.

Day 1 is a 3‑hour, high‑intensity training session capped at 12 intermediate–advanced athletes,
so every player gets hands‑on coaching.
We will:
· Build foundational mechanics for more power and consistency in both serving and spiking
· Identify each athlete’s top 2–3 technical leaks and correct them on the spot
· Install simple in‑game routines for confidence under pressure (no more “hoping” the serve stays in)
· Create a personalized 30‑day game plan for what to do at home, step‑by‑step
Athletes leave Day 1 with:
· Their pro-grade at‑home training equipment ($450 value, and yours to use for the entirety of the program)
· Clear “do this, not that” instructions so there’s zero guesswork during the 30 days
Days 2 - 6 :
(At-Home) Training & Daily Feedback
No Extra Court Time Needed
Video Submissions for Analysis,
& (1) Virtual Coaching session
For the next 6 days, athletes follow a
30 minute daily routine at home using the training equipment provided on Day 1. No
driving to extra practices, no fighting for court space.
This includes:
Mon–Fri: Daily video submission (≈30 seconds)
· Athlete records 30 seconds of their drill, and uploads to our platform(1) Small Group Virtual Coaching Session (15-20 minutes)
· Coach reviews and tags key corrections so they know exactly what to fix next session
· Live check‑in to review progress, answer questions, and adjust the plan
· Keeps athletes accountable and locked in until they return to the gym on Day 7
Day 7 :

Day 7 is another 3‑hour, high‑intensity training session that is a continuation of the principles and mechanics that were introduced on Day 1. This is how we strengthen the athlete's understanding of what's expected from their at-home routine, while also putting in high quality reps
that lay the foundation for impactful growth.
Athletes leave Day 7 with:
· A stronger understanding of the effort required for maximum output in this program
· A refined and smoother at-home routine experience
· A new foundational layer of hyper-focused, high quality reps practicing proper serving and spiking mechanics
· New mental training techniques that equip them to quickly move past errors and manage high-pressure situations
Days 8 - 29 :
(At-Home) Training & Daily Feedback
No Extra Court Time Needed
Video Submissions for Analysis,
& (3) Virtual Coaching sessions
For the next 22 days, athletes follow an updated
30 minute daily routine at home.
Similar to Days 2-6, each week includes:

(3) Small Group Virtual Coaching Sessions (15-20 minutes each)
This phase is where most athletes see the biggest jump in strength and their arm swing mechanics. They begin the muscle memory-building process with guided coaching every step of the way. This is the biggest difference from a one‑off clinic.
DAY 30 :

On Day 30, athletes return to:
· Reinforce and refine their serving and spiking mechanics under live coachingUpon finishing the 30 day cohort, an Individual Assessment Report containing performance metrics, strengths, weakness, and recommended next steps will be mailed to each athlete. Athletes who pass the test earn official program completion and join the ranks of New Jersey’s top emerging spikers and servers in the VB Champs system.
· Revisit their mental routines and strategies for game situations
· Complete a 30 minute on court test for serving and attacking performance

The Precision Serve + PowerSpike Clinic is the kickoff to a 30-day program. It is a high-accountability experience with limited enrollment. Each cohort is capped at 12 athletes to maintain a focused and personal training environment.

Paid in full to confirm your spot once you are accepted. (Payment plan available). Spots are offered to qualified athletes on a first-paid basis until the cohort is full.

Who This Clinic Is For
Committed Athletes
Athletes who train consistently, respond to correction, and want technical clarity instead of guesswork.
Grades 7–11 (Girls)
Players who already serve overhand with consistency and want to increase serving and spiking accuracy, ball control, and power.
High-Performance Mindset
Athletes who value accountability, want an objective evaluation system, and want to measurably level up.
Who This Clinic Is NOT For
Beginner Servers and Spikers
Athletes who cannot consistently get the ball over the net or keep them in bounds at least half the time. A foundations course for beginners will be made available at a later date.
Libero/DS-only Players
A huge portion of this program is dedicated to arm swing and spiking approach mechanics. If you do not foresee potentially being used as a hitter, this clinic is not the right fit. We will make a passing clinic available at a later date.
Non-Committed Athletes
If an athlete will not commit to completing the entire 30-day program, they should not request an evaluation for this cohort.
